These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence, you agree that the courts located in New Brunswick, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site. Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@teethresearch.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Advertising Disclosure & Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vault Media regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
